BLUE RIDGE PROPERTIES is located in Front Royal/Warren County. Front Royal is in the Northern Shenandoah Valley at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and is also bordered by the Massanutten Mountains.
Front Royal is located near the intersection of Interstates 66 and 81 and is approximately 2 hours west of Washington, D.C. The Shenandoah National Park is easily accessed by the Skyline Drive whose north entrance is approximately ¼ mile from Front Royal. The North and South Forks of the Shenandoah River flow through Front Royal and it has thus been named the Canoe Capital of Virginia.
